Box getting boring

Used to be signed up because the box was exciting and came with small extras, the last few boxes I have received have had only 1 candle and nothing else in it. If I wanted just a candle, I would buy just a candle. I subscribed for the entire experience. The quality of the candle is still exceptional though.

Rose Sage Wick Issue

The candle smells amazing & I've been able to uncover a few trinkets however the wick is gone - Ive tried melting the wax around it but it doesn't seem to be there. I have quite a lot of the candle left - any help or suggestions?
