Fire Opal has long been cherished by early Mayan & Aztec peoples who would find deposits nears a sleeping volcano. The original name is quetzalitzlipyollitli which is inspired by the bird of paradise for it's magnificent hues of canary yellow, saffron orange & fiery reds.

Although this candle is beautiful and smells great, I am disappointed. I ordered this for a friend a a gift. I paid extra for gift wrapping and a card. I hadn't heard from my friend and when I asked, she had no idea who it was from and it WASN'T gift wreaked. I've AIways been delighted with my purchases but this one was a BUST!
